Oct 3, 2007 - They have begun installing the rock on the front porch posts and base. There are 2 more posts like this one pictured. In this photo you can also see the color choices. The house will be the tan brown, belly band is a dark green, trim is a light green. The windows are a rusty red.
The siding Hardie board. a cement fiber board. The top of the house is 4 inch lap sliding, bottom is board and batten. They are separated by a 12 inch wide belly band. The boards arrive pre-primed from the factory.
