Granite Chief Wilderness

In the Tahoe region, we traveled into Granite Chief Wilderness. We used horses from Alpine Meadows stables to cary the gear in and out of camp. We hiked ourselves in and out. I think the most memorable part of the trip was the different kinds of scat or poop that we came across on the trail.
